What we do
Our aim is to provide enhancement opportunites, guidance and advice to those starting their career, looking to get the most out out of it, or wanting to take it to the next level in partnership with the school.
We support staff of all positions within the school, promoting and encouraging the sharing of knowledge, skills and best practice through a combination of mentoring, certification courses and colleague-led training sessions.
